Corporate Portraits That Don't Wreak of "Corporate"
Your Team Should Look Connected, Current, and Easy to Trust
If your team photos look mismatched, outdated, or overly stiff, your company starts to feel less polished before anyone reads a word.
We create consistent headshots for South Bay teams with flattering lighting, clear direction, and a process that keeps the day moving. Each person gets enough coaching to look professional without looking like they were dragged into picture day.
Sessions are available in our Torrance studio or on location at your office.

"I Hate Having My Picture Taken."
We've heard that sentence thousands of times, as have the HR directors from the companies that hire us.
People think they're worried about photography.
They're usually worried about judgment from the rest of the group.
That's not your job.
Your team member's job isn't to know how to pose.
Their job isn't to know their best angle.
Their job isn't to entertain the camera.
That's mine. Our energy for each individual on the team is unmatched.
It starts with conversation and continues with movement that I direct each member through.
As we warm up, the tension alleviates.
For some that moment comes sooner than later, but I can assure you, it does come.
This is when we really start to have some fun with it
Before they know it, they forget the camera is even there!
I'm usually watching for tiny changes. The shoulders relax. Their smile becomes less forced. Their eyes become more engaged. Those little moments often become people's favorite photographs.
The best photographs usually happen a few minutes after people stop trying to be photogenic.
South Bay Team Headshots for the Way Your Business Actually Works
Different teams need different kinds of photos. A real estate office does not need to feel the same as a dental practice, a financial firm, or a creative company.
We keep the process consistent, but shape the look around how your clients, patients, or customers first meet you.

Tell us how many people you need photographed and where the images will be used. We’ll recommend the simplest setup.
Come to the Studio, or We’ll Bring the Setup to You
For smaller teams, our Torrance studio gives us full control over light, background, and pace. It’s a good fit for executives, partners, and teams who want a little more time and variety.
For larger teams, we can bring the setup to your office. We’ll talk through the available space ahead of time so we can make sure the setup works before shoot day.
Either way, the goal is the same: clean, consistent headshots that make your company look current, polished, and human.
How Our Team Headshot Sessions Work
A good team headshot day should feel organized, efficient, and surprisingly painless. We plan the look ahead of time, direct each person during the session, and deliver consistent final images your company can use across your website, LinkedIn, proposals, and marketing materials.
1
Plan the Look
We talk through your team size, preferred location, background branding style, scheduling needs, and where the final images will be used. This helps us recommend the simplest setup before shoot day. You can even add a group shot of scheduling and availability permits.

Direction Is the Difference
Most people do not walk into a headshot session excited to be photographed. That is normal.
Our job is to make the process easy, keep the energy moving, and give each person enough direction to look comfortable on camera. Small adjustments in posture, expression, movement, and timing can completely change the final image.
The result is a set of team headshots that feel consistent without feeling copied and professional without looking stiff.
South Bay Team Headshots Gallery
Consistent does not mean identical. A strong set of team headshots should feel connected, current, and professional while still letting each person look like themselves.

Need Headshots for 5 People or 50?
Every team is different. Some need quick, consistent headshots for a company website. Others need individual portraits, group photos, LinkedIn crops, email signature images, and a setup that works around a busy office schedule.
What We’ll Need to Quote the Session
Team headshot pricing depends on the number of people, location, background choice, schedule, and final image needs. Helpful details to include:
- Number of people
- Studio or on-location
- Preferred background or style
- Individual headshots, group photos, or both
- Ideal timing
- Any scheduling limitations
