Each Quick Look includes a downloadable gallery of all images and 1 professionally retouched final image per person. Additional professionally retouched images are $35 each. Heavier retouching can be quoted based on the work requested.
For Quick Looks with 2–4 people: choose the 30-minute time slot at the start of your session. The total session length is based on the number of people booked.
Step 2: Choose an available date on the calendar below, then select the 30-minute time slot that either completes your session (Quick Look 1) or starts your session (Quick Looks 2–4). Click Next.
Step 3: You’ll be taken to our confirmation page, where you’ll see the various Quick Look deposit options. We’ll complete the scheduling and reserve the appropriate amount of time based on your deposit.
*** If a calendar date cannot be selected, we are unavailable, fully booked, or the requested time is less than 24 hours away.
*** If you’d like to book for the same day or less than 24 hours before your desired appointment time, please call 310-621-5705 first.
Deposit & Final Payment
A 50% deposit confirms and holds your appointment. The deposit must be received at least 24 hours before your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.
Your finished gallery will be released after payment is complete.

For Headshot Essentials, Big Break, Military Headshots, and Ultimate Casting Portfolio sessions, dates are confirmed directly with me rather than through the Quick Look calendar.
How It Works
1. Note the session.
Pick the package that best fits what you need.
2. Contact me with your preferred date or dates.
I’ll confirm availability and make sure the session is the right fit before we lock anything in.
3. Make your deposit.
Once the date is confirmed, you can pay by Zelle or PayPal using the options below.
***If it’s easier, you can also make the deposit first and then contact me with your preferred dates. Just keep in mind that a payment by itself does not reserve a specific date until I confirm it with you.
Need a specific day? Contact me before paying so I can confirm that date is available.

For Companies & Organizations
Company Team Headshots
Whether you need a few employees photographed at our Torrance studio or a larger team photographed at your office, we can keep the look consistent and make the process simple for everyone involved.
2–4 Employees
For teams of two or four people, our Quick Look sessions are usually the simplest option. Each person gets about 30 minutes, which is typically plenty of time when everyone is being photographed in the same setup.
Choose Quick Look 2, 3 or 4 from the session options above and book the first available 30-minute time slot for your group.
Teams of 5 or More
For larger teams, pricing is based on a five-person starting rate, then decreases per person as the group gets larger. This works well for company websites, staff directories, financial and real estate teams, law firms, healthcare groups, and other organizations that need a consistent set of headshots.

Rates include the headshot setup, lighting, direction, and 1 lightly retouched image per person. Additional professionally retouched images are $35 each. Heavier retouching can be quoted based on the work requested. Final pricing may vary when travel, multiple setups, special background requirements, or additional photography are needed.
